Burlington (Lawrence, KS)

With this existing shell space remodel, we made the 26,400 sq/ft space code compliant with a new fire alarm system along with new wiring and lighting throughout.

VS Services Headquarters 753 (Kansas City, KS)

VS Trucking Commercial Electrical

This new ground up 38,000 sq/ft construction project serves as a trucking warehouse. Our responsibilities included full electrical buildout, a code compliant fire alarm system, site light poles across two square acres of parking lot, a new CCTV camera system, and motor starters for a controlled building ventilation system.

VS Service Semi Truck Warehouse 6220 (Kansas City, KS)

This new tilt up concrete warehouse construction project measures 39,000 square feet in total. We were responsible for all electrical service and lighting, as well as a fire alarm system, site light poles across the 1.5 acre parking lot, CCTV surveillance camera system, and a gas alarm system.

Located in The District at Lenexa City Center Tower III, we helped with the renovation of an existing shell office space. The scope of work included new power for various office spaces, a high-end lighting & lighting control system, fire alarm system additions, telecommunications drops and wireless access points throughout.

Central Presbyterian Church (Kansas City, MO)

We performed multiple lighting and power renovations for this historical church building located in Kansas City. Our team made alterations to the existing electrical system, including decorative exterior facade lighting, a new lighting and lighting control system for the sanctuary and multiple power distribution panelboard replacements.
