Independence Solar Project Details
The owners of this house wanted to make a positive change to their carbon footprint and save money on their monthly electricity bills by having Good Energy Solutions design and install 55 solar panels on the roof of their Indpendence, Missouri home.
The solar panels used for this project feature Maxeon technology and are covered by a 25-year warranty backed by extensive third-party testing and field data from more than 33 million panels deployed worldwide. This system was also designed and installed according to NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) best practices and NEC compliance.
We installed all of the modules on three seperate roof-tops, each facing south. In order to to maximize solar production, one set of solar panels were installed on ballasted racking. Installing solar panels at an angle can increase the amount of sunlight they receive, which allows them to produce more electricity. We expect this Independence, Missouri solar panel installation will provide clean electricity for decades to come.
