Lenexa Solar Project Details
The owners of this home in Lenexa, Kansas, wanted to save money on their monthly utilities. We worked with them to design and install a roof-mounted, grid-tied solar panel system featuring 14 all-black, high-performance REC modules.
These REC solar panels come with a 25-year linear power output warranty and a guaranteed annual degradation rate of just 0.25%. This means the modules will still produce at least 92% of their nameplate power in their 25th year of operation. The system was designed and installed in accordance with NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) best practices and is fully compliant with the NEC.
The homeowners have been tracking how much their solar panels have saved them each month since the system was installed in October 2024.
