7.6 kW kW Residential REC Solar Installation in Olathe, Kansas

Olathe Solar Project Details

Olathe Residential Solar

The owners of this Olathe home wanted to reduce their carbon footprint and save money on their monthly electricity bills by installing solar panels. We worked with them to design and install a solar system with 19 high-performance REC modules.

These REC solar panels carry a 25-year linear power output warranty with 0.25% warranted annual degradation. That means these REC N-Peak panels will still produce at least 92% of their nameplate power in their 25th year of operation. This system was also designed and installed in-house by our team, led by NABCEP-certified (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) professionals.

We installed the system in December 2024. With standard Evergy fees, the homeowner’s net metering credits, and typical usage, they paid less than $2 a day on their June 2025 electric bill.

Our team installed all of the solar modules on the south-facing side of the roof, which will ensure steady energy production throughout the day. We expect this Olathe solar panel installation to provide clean, renewable electricity for decades to come.
