5.4 kW Residential Solar Installation in Fairway, Kansas

Fairway Solar Project Details

fairway kansas solar

The owners of this home in Fairway, Kansas wanted to save money and reduce their carbon footprint with a solar power installation.  We worked with them to design this grid-tied solar panel system utilizing 15 360 W high-performance modules and a Tesla Powerwall solar battery.

The solar panels used for this project carry a 25-year product & labor warranty.  This system was designed and installed according to NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) best practices and NEC compliance.

The solar panels were installed on the south-facing roof, with the Powerwall residing in the basement of their home. This configuration makes the system highly efficient and productive. The Powerwall in the basement will keep the home powered in case of an unexpected blackout. This Fairway solar installation will produce clean, inexpensive, renewable power for decades to come.
