Topeka Solar Project Details
The owner of this commercial building in Topeka wanted to save money and reduce his carbon footprint with a solar power installation. We worked with him to design a grid-tied solar panel system utilizing 11 REC solar modules.
The REC solar panels used for this installation come with a 25-year linear power output warranty, featuring 0.25% warranted annual degradation. This means the REC N-Peak panels will still produce at least 92% of their nameplate power in the 25th year of operation. The system was also designed and installed according to NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) best practices and is fully compliant with NEC standards.
Based on estimates, this solar system should save the owner around a little less than $800 a year.
Good Energy Solutions installed all 11 panels on the building’s metal roof. We expect this Topeka solar installation to generate clean, renewable energy for decades to come.
