14.4 kW Residential Ground-Mount Solar Installation in Lawrence, Kansas

Lawrence Solar Project Details

Lawrence Solar Ground Mount

The owners of this property in Lawrence, Kansas wanted to save money, lead a more independent lifestyle and reduce their carbon footprint using solar energy.  We worked with them to design and install this ground-mounted grid-tied solar panel system.

UPDATE: Due to changes in Kansas solar laws, the property owners were able to expand their system. We worked with them to install a new section of the groundmount with 16 new solar panels along with a new SMA Sunny Boy Smart Energy inverter.

The solar panels used for this project carry a 25-year product & labor warranty.  This system was designed and installed according to NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) best practices and NEC compliance.

The installation faces towards the south, ensuring that it takes in as much light as possible to generate clean renewable energy.
