Lawrence Commercial Solar Project Details
The City fo Lawrence wanted to reduce their electric bills for Firehouse #5, They hired Good Energy Solutions to design and install a roof-mounted commercial solar panel system.
The 25,000 square foot facility incorporates a four-bay drive-thru fire station with administration offices for the fire department. In order to supply enough rewnewable energy for their electricity needs, Good Energy Solutions designed and installed this solar panel system featuring 338 modules.
Now a large portion of the firehouse’s monthly electric bill is offset from the electricity generated by the solar panels without the need for much upkeep or maintenance. We expect this Lawrence commercial solar panel system to provide renewable energy for decades to come.
